Staq’s Client PDF Reports<\/strong> feature is the perfect tool to showcase the ongoing maintenance, performance, and care you deliver for your clients’ WordPress sites. These reports provide a clear, tangible summary your clients will appreciate \u2014 and help reinforce the value of your services.<\/p>\n

Accessing the Report Settings<\/h2>\n

Start by navigating to Reports > Client Reports<\/strong> in your Staq dashboard:<\/p>\n

Enable or Disable Monthly Reports<\/h4>\n

Click the Settings<\/strong> button in the top-right corner. By default, Enable Monthly Reports<\/strong> is set to Disabled<\/em>. Use the dropdown to select Enabled<\/strong>, then click Save Settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next, choose the days (1\u20133) of the month when reports should be sent out:<\/p>\n

If there are pages you’d like excluded from reports globally, you can add them under Pages to Exclude from Reports<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Branding Your Reports<\/h4>\n

Under the Styles<\/strong> subtab, set your brand\u2019s visual identity:<\/p>\n

  • Primary color<\/li>\n
  • Secondary color<\/li>\n
  • Font color<\/li>\n
  • Font family: Montserrat, Poppins, or Roboto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Custom Letter Content<\/h4>\n

    Under the Letter Content<\/strong> tab, you can personalize messaging that appears in the PDF:<\/p>\n

    • Opening message<\/strong> \u2013 shown on page 2<\/li>\n
    • Closing message<\/strong> \u2013 shown on the final page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Connect Google Analytics<\/h3>\n

      Want traffic stats included in your client reports? Go to Global Settings > Google Analytics<\/strong> to connect a GA4 property. You can add multiple accounts if needed:<\/p>\n

      Click Connect Account<\/strong> and follow the Google prompt to authorize WPStaq:<\/p>\n

      To connect a specific site, go to its Staq Panel > Google Analytics<\/strong> under Integrations. Click Connect Google Analytics<\/strong> and select the appropriate GA4 property:<\/p>\n

      Create a Test Report Preview<\/h3>\n

      To generate a sample report, click Create Preview<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      Select a production (live) website and a reporting date range (up to 30 days):<\/p>\n

      Click Preview<\/strong> to download and review the PDF layout and data:<\/p>\n

      Add Clients to Your Report List<\/h2>\n

      Click Client List<\/strong> (top right), then Add Client:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      From the popup:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Website<\/strong>: Select which site the report relates to<\/li>\n
      • Client Name<\/strong>: Identify the customer<\/li>\n
      • Client Emails<\/strong>: Add one or more recipients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Emails will be sent automatically based on the monthly schedule you configured earlier.<\/p>\n

        Send Reports from Your Own Domain (SMTP)<\/h2>\n

        By default, Staq sends PDF reports from @wpstaq.com<\/code>. To personalize this, connect your own SMTP under Clients > Custom SMTP:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Customize the Email Template<\/h2>\n

        To customize the email that accompanies your client report, go to Clients > Email Templates:<\/strong><\/p>\n
