Two-factor authentication sends a code by email at sign-in. Turn it on for your own login on My profile<\/strong>. Account owners can also require it for other Users.<\/p>\n

Enable it on your login<\/h2>\n

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top bar.<\/li>\n
  2. Click My Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Sign-in security<\/strong>, turn on Two-factor authentication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Go to Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Open the row Actions menu.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Enable Two-Factor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Confirm Enable Two-Factor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Is there an authenticator app option?<\/h3>\n

      No. The code is emailed to the user.<\/p>\n

      I turned it on. Nothing asked me for a code.<\/h3>\n

      Sign out, then sign in again. The challenge runs on the next login.<\/p>\n

      I am not receiving the email.<\/h3>\n

      Check spam and junk first. A filter or security tool may also be blocking the message.<\/p>\n
