This is for the account holder. It updates the card Staq charges this account. It does not change a client’s card. To send a client a link so they can update their own card, see How to create a client and request for credit card details<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Open Account<\/h2>\n

  1. In the sidebar, click Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Credit Card Payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Open Add Card<\/h2>\n

    1. Click Add Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Enter the card<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVC.<\/li>\n
      2. Leave Default<\/strong> checked so Staq charges this card.<\/li>\n
      3. Tick I have read and accept the billing terms<\/strong>. Use Read billing terms<\/strong> if you want to open them first.<\/li>\n
      4. Click Add Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        I wanted to change a client card<\/h3>\n

        This page is only the card for this account. To update a client’s card in Staq, see How to add or update a client’s credit card<\/a>. To email the client a link instead, see How to create a client and request for credit card details<\/a>.<\/p>\n

        What if a card is already on the account?<\/h3>\n

        Add the new card and leave Default<\/strong> checked. Staq charges the default card. The previous card stays in the list until you delete it from that card’s menu.<\/p>\n
