Taking a subdomain live on Staq is streamlined and easy. It is achievable via the Staq interface in just a few clicks!<\/span>

\n<\/span>Follow the steps below.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Navigate to \u201cGo Live\u201d via Staq Panel<\/span><\/h2>\n

Navigate to the <\/span>Staq Panel <\/b>of the website in question by clicking on the <\/span>website ID<\/b> from the <\/span>Websites Table. <\/b><\/p>\n

Once viewing the Staq Panel, click <\/span>Go Live:<\/b><\/p>\n

Add the root domain as DNS Provider<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Under \u2018DNS Provider\u2019 enter the root domain of the domain name only (please note that you <\/span>DO NOT<\/b> add the subdomain here).\u00a0 Click <\/span>\u2018Next\u2019.<\/b><\/p>\n

Add Subdomain<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

You\u2019ll now see the default domains and from here, click the<\/span> \u2018Add Domain\u2019 <\/b>button and enter the subdomain:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>In the pop up, enter the desired the full subdomain i.e. example: app.mysite.com:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Click <\/span>\u2018Add\u2019.<\/b><\/p>\n

Set the Subdomain as Primary Domain<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Click <\/span>\u2018Set As Primary\u2019 <\/b>on the subdomain. Make sure to check the left hand side first to ensure that you\u2019re selecting the subdomain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remove the other domains (optional)<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you wish to list the subdomain only, you can then go ahead and delete the undesired domains by clicking <\/span>Remove<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
