With Staq, you can easily download your backup files directly from your Staq Panel. This guide will walk you through the process.<\/p>\n<h2>Step-by-step guide:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Inside the Staq dashboard, go to the website&#8217;s Staq Panel.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;<strong>Backups<\/strong>&#8216;:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wpstaq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Staq-Panel-Backups.png\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in this screen, it will bring up a list of your backups, categorized by data type (Content, Database, Plugins, and Themes):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wpstaq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/download-backup.png\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To download a backup, click on the label under the &#8216;Data&#8217; column next to the backup you want to download. A message will appear prompting you to download the file:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wpstaq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/download-backup-popup.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Important Note:<\/h2>\n<p>In Staq, each type of data (Content, Database, Plugins, and Themes) is backed up separately.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that you perform a complete backup and after the process has been completed, proceed to download each data type individually.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to export the database elsewhere for any reason, it&#8217;s best to do a <strong>Manual Backup<\/strong> of the database. Then, you can click the label &#8220;Database&#8221; to download it.
