Breathing New Life into Staq: Unveiling the Upgraded Dashboard

There’s no denying it – change is both necessary and inevitable, especially in the digital landscape. When it comes to our platform, we’ve always been committed to offering you the best, and we realized it was high time for our dashboard to catch up with the times.

The old Staq dashboard, while functional, was beginning to show its age. Certain aspects felt out-of-place, while some screens seemed like they were still under construction. So, we decided to revamp it. Not just a change for the sake of change, but a transformation rooted in feedback, careful analysis, and the desire to deliver a more refined experience to our users.

Meet the Refreshed Staq Dashboard

While the overall user experience remains intuitive and familiar, the visual overhaul of the dashboard can’t be missed. The sleek, modern design promises clarity, helping you navigate through the diverse features effortlessly.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s new:

Dashboard

Website Health Overview

This section now provides a clear percentage representation, showing the number of sites with CDN, page caching, Redis, and those utilizing the most recent versions of PHP and WordPress. Plus, it has an SSL certificate health check for your convenience.

Resource Usage Insights

Stay on top of your digital assets with detailed information about bandwidth and storage trends.

Plugin/Theme Update Notifications

Get notified about the most recent updates to ensure your websites run seamlessly.

Staq Billing Updates

If you have Staq Billing enabled, you’ll now see any outstanding invoices at a glance, along with a graph showcasing your hosting revenue over the past half-year.

The Websites Table

The Website Table also received a touch of modernity. Beyond its fresher look, it introduces the “Alerts” feature, which pinpoints plugins or themes that need updates, identifies any sites with potentially vulnerable plugins/themes, and even highlights the PHP version in use:

Edit website name

For the OCD people out there that need to change the website name from website1 to website, you now can change the label name inside by clicking the triple dots and then click Edit Label:

Plugin Manager

And, for those eager to keep their plugins in check, the Plugins/Themes page is not only aesthetically updated but also introduces the “Auto Update” plugin feature. This unique feature comes with regression testing to ensure smooth transitions. In Conclusion

Our journey with Staq has always been about adapting, improving, and ensuring our users have the best tools at their disposal.
