In terms of resources, performance, and power — nothing changes.

We introduced the Agency Bundle because many agencies charge clients a flat rate for hosting and maintenance, regardless of individual usage. To support that model, we created an account-based plan where resources are pooled across all sites, allowing usage to be shared instead of managed site by site.

For example, ABC Bakery might only need 10GB of bandwidth, while XYZ Barber might use 250GB. Even though their usage is very different, you charge both clients the same fee. The Agency Bundle is designed exactly for this scenario.

If you manage 40 or more sites, the Agency Bundle gives you the flexibility to balance resources across your entire account without worrying about per-site limits.

It’s also fully global. If you have a client in Australia and another in the USA, you can deploy each site in its optimal geo-region. Your Agency Bundle pricing stays the same because it’s based on total sites per account, not regions.

This applies to only to:

• Agency based Pay As You Go (not bundle)
• Single Site.

If you create a site under your bundle plan, it counts towards your website count (only production and dev sites. Each environment receives a free staging site and staging sites ARE NOT counted towards your website count).

Every site you create or migrate is free for up to 90 days in development mode. You only pay when the site goes live or after 90 days—whichever comes first.

This setup encourages cloud-based development with free automated backups and full use of our staging environment.

Traditional hosting is fixated on CPU and RAM for performance. We're cloud based WordPress hosting that can scale.

Resources

Each site benefits from the following resources:

• Server: A baseline of 4 vCPUs, burstable as needed, and with 16 GB of RAM, and access to an elastic file system (EBS) for additional swap memory if needed beyond 16 GB memory.
• Database: A baseline of 4 vCPUs and 16 GB RAM via our MariaDB RDS instances.
• Storage: A baseline of 3,000 IOPS using GP3 SSDs via AWS EBS.

Base Plan

Each site is assigned with:

• Pooled AWS services beyond server resources
• 10 PHP Workers (scalable with a click of a button)

While a WordPress site check may show a baseline of 256MB of memory, in reality, each site taps into a vast pool of resources across AWS services such as EBS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and Cloudflare. This means the true capacity extends far beyond what’s displayed, with resources automatically scaling as needed to meet demand.

Prior to sites being migrated to Staq, we found that sites that once used 512MB memory will suffice with only 256MB memory on Staq, given how disburse the resources are pooling from.

Case Study

Take, for instance, a robust WooCommerce site we migrated to Staq. Originally, it was on a dedicated server, utilizing 6 CPUs and 10GB of memory, and yet it was hitting 100% of its resource limits. Once transitioned to Staq, the site now operates smoothly with only 2 vCPUs and 512MB of memory; a testament to the efficacy of our decoupled system and the optimization capabilities inherent in our AWS-backed architecture.

If a site exceeds its resource allocation, the following costs will apply:

• Unique Visitors: $0.50 USD per 1,000 after exceeding quota
• File Storage: $0.50 USD per 1GB after exceeding quota
• Bandwidth: $0.50 USD per 1GB after exceeding quota
• Database: $3.00 USD per 1GB after exceeding quota
• CPU Hours: $0.15 USD per hour after exceeding quota

PHP Workers and Memory

This applies to Agency and Single Site plans. If you need to increase memory or PHP Workers, they both go hand-in-hand. The following costs are as follows:

• 15 PHP Workers allows you to increase the memory to 512MB = $25 USD on top of base price
• 20 PHP Workers allows you to increase the memory to 1GB = $62.50 USD on top of base price.
• If you require more, contact our sales team for our Enterprise plans customized to suit your needs.

Please note that based on how our infrastructure is built, 512MB memory use in Staq is the equivalent of 1GB with traditional VPS services. To learn more, see above, "How many CPUs, RAM and PHP Workers are applied?"

Enterprise plans can increase PHP Workers and Memory at any time free of charge but it's limited to the physical server based on your subscribed plan.

For all plans, you get one free staging site per production site—and it doesn’t count toward your site total. Need more staging environments? Additional staging sites are billed separately.
