On this page

Utilizing Cloudflare CDN can significantly enhance website performance by distributing traffic across Cloudflare’s global network, reducing server load, and improving page load times. This KB guides you through the process of integrating Cloudflare CDN with your Staq account.

    Integration Instructions

Refer to the following link for step-by-step instructions on integrating Cloudflare with Staq:

    Integrating Cloudflare with Staq

Applying Cloudflare CDN to an Existing Site

If Cloudflare integration is already set up within your Staq account, follow these steps to apply it to an existing live site:

    Navigate to Staq Panel

Access the Staq Panel of the desired website and under the “Domains” section, locate and click on CDN:

    Connect Cloudflare

Within the Cloudflare CDN settings, click “Connect” to establish the connection with Cloudflare.

Just like that, it’ll automatically connect.

Note: If proxy is not enabled in your Cloudflare account, Staq will automatically enable it during the connection process and will leave a note inside your Cloudflare account:

    Go Live Process

Proceed with the Go Live process to activate Cloudflare CDN for your website:

    Select Cloudflare as DNS

Choose Cloudflare as the DNS provider during the GoLive setup:

    Select Domain Details

Select the Cloudflare account and specify the domain to associate with Cloudflare CDN:

Click Connect and it’ll take you to the next step.

Add Server IP to Cloudflare DNS

Retrieve the server IP address from Staq and add it to the DNS settings in your Cloudflare account:

Note: Staq will automatically enable proxy for domains matching inside Cloudflare if it is not already enabled.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate Cloudflare CDN with your Staq-hosted website, enhancing its performance and reliability
