Enable/Disable Automatic Cache Clearing

On this page

    Issue

Most websites do not need their cache cleared. However, there are some sites that require the cache to be cleared due to expired tokens.

    Solution

    There’s two solutions.

    Clearing cache on certain pages

You can identify which pages need to be cleared regularly rather than dumping the entire site’s cache.

Then, under Staq Hosting > Page Cache > Files TTL, you can set your pages and TTL timer.

    Global Cache Clear

Before setting this up, if the cache is cleared and preloads, you may find that it takes some time to complete.

However, to set for the cache to automatically clear, go to Staq Hosting > Page Cache > Options:

From there, you can set the Cache files TTL  to clear at a certain time.
