How to view invoices (Agency Invoice)

    As a Staq account holder, especially if you manage multiple websites or are a digital agency, your invoices will include all websites associated with your account. This guide will help you navigate and view your invoices, ensuring you can access and download them as needed.

    Steps to View Invoices

    To view and download your invoices, follow these steps:

    • Go to Billing > Invoices.
    • From here, you can download your invoice, which lists all the websites you’re responsible for.

    Load More Invoices

    If you do not see all your invoices listed, click Load More at the top right corner to display any additional invoices that may be available.

    Exporting Invoice Data

    For a summarized overview of all your invoices, you can export the data into a CSV file. The exported file will include details such as:

    • InvoiceID
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Total Amount
    • Payment Status (paid or not paid)
