Organizing Websites with Labels in Staq
Staq now offers a labeling feature inside the Websites table, making it easier to organize and manage your sites. This feature is especially useful for:
- Agencies offering care plan services to categorize websites by service type.
- Teams that need to group websites by project ownership or responsibility.
- Billing purposes
- Assigning labels to websites for easier filtering, such as grouping by client, industry, or billing tier.
Here’s how to take advantage of this feature:
Label Setup
Step 1: Access Global Settings
Navigate to the Global Settings and click on Website Label Groups:

Step 2: Add Label Groups
On the Website Label Groups page, click Add Group. You can create as many label groups as needed:

Step 3: Customize Label Names and Colors
For each group, assign a name and select a label color for easy identification:

Step 4: View Label Groups
Once you’ve created your label groups, they will appear in a list like this:

Step 5: Assign Labels to Websites
To assign a label to a website, go to the Websites table. Click the triple dots next to a website and select Edit Label:

In the popup, select the appropriate label under Label Group and click Edit:

Step 6: View Assigned Labels
The label will now appear beside the website ID name in the Websites table, complete with the custom label color:

To filter websites based on labels, use the filter option in the Websites table. Select Label Group and choose the desired label to narrow down results:
