On this page

This KB outlines the process of switching an existing site to a new subscriber on Staq. Whether you need to reassign a site to a different client or update subscription details, this guide will walk you through the steps.

    Steps to Switch Subscriber:

Go to Clients > Assigned Plans:

    Find Assigned Plans:

    • In the “Assigned Plans” tab, locate the client whose site subscription you wish to change.
    • You can either search for the client name or manually identify them in the list.
    • Once you’ve identified them, click the triple dots and click Delete:

Once that subscription has been deleted, on the same page, click Assign Plan:

    Reassign to New Subscription:

    • In the “Assign Plan” section, select a Plan
    • Once you’ve selected the Plan, fill in the details and under the Website section, you should see it in the list now.
    • Click Create to create the new subscription plan.

    Conclusion

By following these steps, you can seamlessly switch an existing site from one subscriber to another on Staq. This process ensures that subscription details are updated accurately, allowing for smooth management of client sites and subscriptions.
