Staq is blocking my SEO tools with 502 or 503 server errors

When SEO tools, such as SEM Rush, SE Rankings, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs display a 502, 503 or 520 (Cloudflare) error, it is likely because Staq has intentionally blocked those requests. This is because SEO tools are frequently abusive in their behavior. At the same time, it offers the added protection that your competitors cannot spy or reverse-engineer SEO works completed on your website.

However, if you do require these tools, you can enable them easily inside Staq.

Enabling them on a website level

To enable the ability for SEO tools to scan a website, simply go to the Staq Panel of that website and click Nginx Config.

From there, you can select Yes to Allow-SEO robots:

Enabling them globally for all your sites

To enable SEO tools to scan all your sites inside your Staq account, go to Global Settings in the main navigation bar and click Nginx Config:
