Staq Next-Gen CDN: One or more CNAME already associated with resource

On this page

    If you’ve tried to use:

    • Staq Next-Gen CDN; or
    • Traditional CDN

    and receive error message, “One or more of the CNAMEs you provided are already associated with a different resource“, this means you already have:

    • the domain name;
    • cdn.YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME.com

    already registered in another third-party AWS account.

    To rectify this issue, you’ll have to delete the records from your existing AWS account.

    If you do not have access to it, please contact our Support Team advising that you do not have access.

    We cannot guarantee that we can rectify the issue though.
