Invoice breakdown and viewing excess charges

    To access a full invoice breakdown, which includes a detailed view of all additional charges related to a specific invoice, please follow the steps outlined below.

    Navigate to the Staq interface, and select Billing > Invoices.

    In the section pertaining to the billing period or invoice, select the dropdown menu and choose Breakdown.

    Excess Charges

    The detailed breakdown will inform you about any extra charges and will specifically highlight these excess fees based on the following:

    • Visitors
    • Bandwidth
    • Cloud storage
    • local storage
    • CPU usage
    • DB storage
    • PHP memory
