    Introduction:

If you need to review your website logs for troubleshooting or monitoring purposes, you can access them through the Staq dashboard or directly via the server.

    Here’s how:

    Via Staq Panel

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Inside the Staq dashboard, go to the site’s Staq Panel.
    • Click on ‘Debug‘:

Then, you can view all access logs relating to:

    • Nginx Access
    • Nginx Errors
    • PHP-FPM Access
    • WordPress
    • Amazon CloudFront

    Via Server

You can retrieve comprehensive server logs by downloading them via the server. To retrieve, use our Secure FTP service:

    File Path of log files

Logs can be accessed and downloaded through SFTP, located in the /logs directory which sits on the root location of the website.

    1. Nginx Logs: Includes HTTP and HTTPS access and error logs, named as nginx.[http/https].[access/error].log.
    2. PHP-FPM Logs: Captures all PHP access logs under php-fpm.access.log.
    3. WordPress Logs: Available when the debugger is enabled from the Staq > Debug page, logged in debug.log.
