If you want to white label the “Staq Hosting” plugin across your client websites, follow this guide. Staq allows you to personalize the plugin’s name, colors, and branding to align with your business.
Customizable Options
In the Global Settings > White Label, you can:
- Rename “Staq Hosting” to your brand name (maximum 18 characters).
- Change the primary and secondary colors inside the plugin interface.
- Add your logo and icon for branding.
- Apply changes to all sites or specific ones.
Steps to Apply White Label Branding
Navigate to White Label Settings
Log into your Staq Panel and go to Global Settings > White Label:
Customize Plugin Branding
- Rename Plugin: Enter your brand name in the designated field (18 characters max).
- Upload Logo and Icon: Upload your company’s logo and a 20x20px icon.
- Adjust Colors: Select your desired primary and secondary colors.
Test Branding on a Single Site
- Apply the changes to one website to verify the branding updates.
- Ensure that the plugin name, colors, and logo display correctly in the WordPress admin area.
Apply Branding to Multiple Sites
- Once satisfied with the test, apply the branding to all desired sites.
- Allow up to 5 minutes for changes to synchronize across all websites.

- Branding changes take a few minutes to sync across all sites when applied in bulk.

Separate to this feature, if you’re utilizing Staq Billing or Client PDF Reports (or both), you can now white label the SMTP so all invoices, emails and PDF reports can be configured to be sent under your own domain. See this guide on how to white list your SMTP.
