When a migration fails

When Staq Migrator fails on the host server
Fails before progress

Please take a screenshot of the page, provide the URL, username and password to the WordPress site and contact our support team and they will be more than happy to investigate and migrate your site across.
Fails in Progress
If the Staq Migrator isn’t able to complete itself in the host server, please contact support and supply the following log files found inside wp-content folder. We need the following log files:
- wpstaq-migrator.error.log;
- and wp-content/wpstaq-migrator.log
From there, we can understand why it failed and can take a separate approach and use the All-In-One WP Migration plugin on your behalf and complete this migration for you while we future-proof the particular scenario why Staq Migrator failed.
When Staq Migrator fails on the migrated site
When the Staq Migrator plugin fails inside the third-party hosting service, this can be due to unique cases. In order to identify why the migration failed, insert this query paramater inside your browser:
